What to Bring Everyday
- Backpack (smaller size for kids – REI, Osprey have great, small backpacks for kids
- Sunscreen
- Full Water bottle
- Packed lunch (Bentgo box, Lunchbots, etc)
- Snack
Your child will be carrying their backpack by themselves all day. Please consider the weight of the backpack when you send your child to school. If it is too heavy for them, they might have a difficult time.


Fall
- Hat
- Sunscreen (applied at home and extra in backpack)
- Hiking shoes
- Socks
- Shorts or Pants (depending on weather)
- Tshirt
- Sun Shirt
- Fleece Jacket
- Rain Coat
- Rain Pants (Reima, Patagonia, Polarn 0. Pyret are all great brands)
- Water shoes (natives, chacos, tevas, etc)
- Please pack extra underwear, socks, and shorts/pants in a ziploc bag with your child’s name on it.

Winter
- Winter Hat
- Sunscreen (applied at home and extra in backpack)
- Buff or balaclava (we like the adult size of Skida or Turtle Fur)
- Mittens (Two pairs are better than one!)
- Hand warmers
- Snow Suit or Snow pants
- Snow jacket
- Down coat layer (can be combined with Snow Jacket)
- Fleece Layer
- Capilene/Base layer
- Wool Socks
- Snow boots – We like Bogs or Kamik insulated boots.
- Please pack extra wool socks and underwear in a ziploc bag with your child’s name on it.

Spring
- Hat
- Sunscreen (applied at home and extra in backpack)

- Fleece Jacket (in case the weather changes in the Fall)

Please label all your child’s belongings. Kids are constantly taking jackets, gloves, hats, etc on and off. We do our best to know your kids gear, but we make mistakes some times!
